01. Where can I register my guarantee?

For products that are eligible for the guarantee, you can register them by visiting https://www.imperialgb.com/register-guarantee/ and filling out the provided form.
02. Where can I find the SKU code for my product?

To find the 4-digit SKU code needed to register your product guarantee, please search the rear of the packaging on each product. You’ll find the SKU code located just beneath the barcode, in the same white box. Alternatively, you can find the SKU code for a product on each product page, labelled ‘item code’.
03. Where can I find product dimensions?

Product dimensions can be found on our websites on each product page, under the ‘details’ tab.
04. Can I clean my pan in the dishwasher?

While many of our products are dishwasher safe, we always recommend hand washing to help maintain their quality and longevity. To check whether your item is suitable for dishwasher use, please refer to the packaging and look for the dishwasher-safe symbol. Alternatively, you can find this information on the product page on our website.
05. How do I use my pan on an induction hob?

All hobs have a minimum induction base size requirement and this can be found in your hob manual. As a cookware manufacturer, we manufacture to the set industry standards. Induction works by creating a magnetic field, therefore the induction plate on the base of the pan needs to match the ring/zone size chosen on your hob in order that they make direct contact with each other and the magnetic field is created. The induction plate on the base of the pan appears as a stainless steel doughnut-shaped ring with perforated holes. It is this area that needs to match the size of the ring/zone chosen not the entire base of the pan. The cooking vessel base diameter must be the same as the induction hob ring/zone chosen. If it’s too big some zones will remain outside the hob and won’t heat properly, but if it’s too small the pan may not activate the hob.

07. How do I submit a guarantee claim?

To submit a product guarantee claim, please visit our contact page and click “Submit a Claim.” We will need images of the item, alongside your proof of purchase to proceed. Once your claim has been submitted, please allow up to 10 working days for a response.
For all enquiries and technical support relating to Scoville electrical products, including air fryers, kettles, microwaves, waffle makers, slow cookers, and toasters, please contact Asda directly at ASDATechSupport@TMTI.net. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct support or replacements for these products.
08. Do you sell spare parts for Scoville Air Fryers?
