IMPORTANT: For all enquiries and technical support relating to Scoville electrical products, including air fryers, kettles, microwaves, waffle makers, slow cookers, and toasters, please contact Asda directly at ASDATechSupport@TMTI.net. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct support or replacements for these products.
To submit a guarantee claim for all other Scoville products, please complete the contact form by clicking the button below, and a member of our team will be in touch.
To help us process your request as quickly and efficiently as possible, please ensure you have your proof of purchase and clear images of the product ready, as these are required.
Please note that during busy periods, such as Christmas, response times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask that you allow up to 10 working days for a response.
