I have bought pans with famous names like The Hairy Bikers and Jamie Oliver on them – even Aga pans – but this Scoville pan I now have beats them all hands down.

โ I have two Scoville pans and they are the best non-stick pans on the market- really good quality ,
HOWEVER (Caveat Emptor!)
If you buy a โScoville Endurance Never Stick 28CM grill panโ expecting to use it under the grill (which Collins Dictionary defines this as a part of a stove which produces strong heat to cook food that has been placed underneath itโ) ensure that you buy the โPerformanceโ range as the other โgrill pansโ are in their words โ.. used to get a grilling effect not one that goes underneath a grill. If the pan has a plastic handle we would not recommend it being put under a grill. Only the pans with metal handles are suitable. But please be careful upon removing as the handle may get hot.โ
Unfortunately this information does not appear anywhere on the packaging and only become apparent on visiting the website! As I had unpacked and washed the item prior to use I cannot return it so am stuck with a grill pan which will not go under the grill.

Purchased two stock pots and ended up being the most used ones out of my whole collection. Amazing quality. Also – dropped and broke a lid to one of my pots but CS were so helpful and arranged for me to get a replacement for a minimal cost straight away. It arrived within 2 days. I already knew their products were good but very pleased by the customer service aswell.

Had a problem with a pan that had only been used twice so contacted customer services for help. After answering a few questions and sending photos of the problem, the pan was replaced within two days. Excellent service. Thank you Nathan

I am a loyal customer of Scoville and very happy with their after sale service. They have been prompt and always ready to help me after my 26 inch non-stick saute pan had some issue as they have issued me a new pan altogether. They stand by their words and remain committed on their claim on lifetime guarantee. I highly recommend everyone to buy non-stick products only and only from Scoville- the brand you can trust upon.

I purchased a 3pc Scoville saucepan set from Amazon in 2020.
This week I contacted Scoville through their website due to the pans being in particularly bad condition and to claim against the lifetime warranty.
The inner and outer coating of the pans had come off and the exterior of the pans were all “pitted”.
I received a prompt reply from Nathan at scoville.
He requested a few pictures and proof of purchase.
These images went to be assessed by their QC department and the next day Nathan was pleased to be offering us a replacement set to be sent out in the post.
He also offered some guidance to the care instructions to the pans. Predominantly related to dishwasher use. He explained that whilst they are dishwasher safe, it’s usually better to wash by hand for best preservation of the nonstick coating.
Overall a very good experience and prompt customer service from Nathan and Scoville. Couldn’t ask for better.

I have had a wok and a shallow casserole for a couple of months now, and love them both. Very easy to clean, and a treat to use. They heat very quickly on my induction hob, and I can cook on a lower heat than I am used to which all helps given the current electricity prices. I am definitely a fan.

My order arrived in very good time. Each of the articles was well-wrapped and the quality of saucepans and frying pans appears to be excellent. So far washing everything in the dishwasher has produced no problems and the surfaces are standing up well to lots of use. Time will tell if the promised long life comes to fruition! No far, though, absolutely no complaints.
